There is a good chance your body needs to be cleansed.
We live in a toxic world and we expose ourselves to pollutants, chemicals and other harmful toxins every single day.
Take a second and think about the food that you personally eat. If it is not 100% organic, then it is highly likely that

additives are toxic to the body and the body has to process those toxins. Something as innocent as spending time at

chemicals in the fast food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the medicines we take, the clothes we wear and
here recently the toys our kids are playing with.
The GOOD and the bad news is that the human body is resilient and can handle a certain levels of toxicity and
imbalances. However, when we exceed our intake of toxins, or over produce toxins or there is a reduction in the
elimination processes of toxins the imbalance and complications begin. We just learn to live with the symptoms. Many
professionals attribute the imbalance of toxins in the body to many, if not all, ailments. Your body is a finely tuned
machine. Giving your body a good cleansing allows your body to run optimally and naturally heal itself.
Cleansing has become very popular over the years because people are looking for answers. Answers for the lack of
energy, obesity, depression, cancer and/or any sickness that ailes them. According to the CDC, the top three causes of
death in the United States in 2005 were heart disease, cancer and stroke which are all on the rise. It’s tough to attribute
these numbers solely to western lifestyles that we have become accustom to, but there is something to be said about
the lifestyles we lead. As far as I am concerned, what more proof do you need?
WHO — EVERYONE should practice some type of controlled body cleansing. This can be as simple or as complex as you
want. Something as simple as increasing the amount of water you drink to a professional, structured cleansing
regiment.
By definition, a cleanse is the process of removing and metabolizing unwanted toxins and/or chemical compounds that
can disrupt normal bodily functions. Cleansing also provides care and allows our bodies to heal. There are various
methods for body cleansing which include physical treatments, dietary restrictions and/or dietary and herbal
supplements. In addition, there are cleansing regiments that cleanses the body as a whole or targets specific organs.
Determining the type of cleanse and what works for you is very important because the process of cleansing takes
proper planning, a personal commitment and due diligence. I cannot think of a better reason than YOU for making this
effort and personal commitment. Do yourself a favor and do some type of cleansing.
